At Fujifilm House of Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your imaging gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to the House of Photography

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location or visit our flagship store for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
